If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can help resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage caused after delivery

• Improper handling or hanging

• Normal wear over time

We currently ship within the United States only.

All stained glass artwork is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure safe delivery. Due to the fragile nature of glass artwork, shipping times may vary slightly depending on piece size, order volume, and weather conditions.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Orders over $500 will require a signature upon delivery for security and insurance purposes.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:

• The shipping box

• All packaging materials

This information is required for shipping insurance claims.

Handcrafted Stained Glass

Each piece is individually handcrafted using the traditional Tiffany-style copper foil method. Every section of glass is hand cut, wrapped, soldered, polished, and assembled one piece at a time. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike.

• Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure or excessive moisture

Small textures, solder variations, bubbles within the glass, and handcrafted imperfections are part of the artistic process and help make every piece unique rather than factory-perfect.

Cleaning & Care

To clean:

• Gently wipe with a soft microfiber cloth

• Use a small amount of glass cleaner or mild soap if needed

• Dry immediately after cleaning

• Avoid abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, or soaking in water

To help preserve the finish:

• Do not bend hanging chains or joints

• Avoid dropping or placing pressure on solder lines

• Keep away from extreme heat or freezing temperatures
